  4. Keep out of
    eyes.
  5. Do not use during pregnancy or if
    breast-feeding.
  6. If you have any adverse reactions
    discontinue use.
  7. Always consult a qualified medical
practitioner if ill or suffering from high or low blood pressure or an
    undiagnosed illness.
  8. Use essential oils/blends by drop
    only and only as directed.
  9. Keep essential oils away from
open flames, direct sunlight, and extreme heat.
  10. Do not use the Essential
Oil of Ylang-Ylang if you have low blood pressure.
  11. Do not
use the Essential Oil of Rosemary if you have high blood pressure, rapid
heartbeats or if diagnosed with epilepsy.
  12. Do not use the bath
method if you have to maintain a certain therapeutic level of medication
    in your system.

Balneo Bath (medicinal bath)

Full Bath: Fill the bathtub with warm water and add 10-15 drops of the
essential oil or desired blend just before entering, swirling the water to
distribute evenly. Soak for at least 15-25 minutes while breathing
deeply and relaxing. Do not take a soap shower after bathing; this will
interfere with the aroma and the therapy itself.

Foot Bath: Fill a pan with warm water and add 4-6 drops of the desired
essential oil or blend. Soak feet for 20-25 minutes.

Aerotherapy/Room Diffused

Air Conditioning System: In a 24
or 36-ounce heavy-duty spray bottle add 20-25 drops of the desired oil or
blend and fill with water. Spray directly into A/C vents and filter on a
weekly basis.

Humidifier and Dehumidifier: Follow your
appliance directions, fill with water, and add 20-30 drops of desired
essential oil/blend.

Sick Building Syndrome Synergy: This synergy is used only in
aerotherapy, spray diffusion, and for surface cleaning. It should not
be used undiluted, by olfactory method, or directly on human skin, as
it contains Thyme White which can irritate sensitive membranes!

Surface Cleaning: Certain A-CAM Oils, like Lemon and Orange, are
particularly good solvents with very pleasant smells. In combination
with pure baking soda and a scrub-sponge, they turn kitchen and
bathroom cleaning into a therapeutic pleasure. A-CAM Orange is an
excellent de-greaser for removing bicycle, automotive, and home
appliance grease from hands or surfaces. Remember to always spot-test
before use: A-CAM Lemon is a bleaching agent!

Olfactory/Smell

Apply one to two drops of the blend or oil
to the fingertips and rub between your fingertips before gently applying
to nostrils. Cup hands over nose and gently breathe-in deeply for a few
seconds. Can be also applied one drop to palm, rub hands together and
gently smell.

Headache blend: Apply the recommended blend,
one drop between fingertips and gently touch/apply to the left and right
temple before following the above olfactory/smell directions.

NOTE: If your skin is sensitive, essential oils/blends can also be
effective by placing a few drops in a tissue and breathing in deeply for
a few seconds. Use only when needed, do not exceed more than eight times
per day. Do not use the contact method with non-A-CAM oils. Many
non- A-CAM oils are cut or extracted using petrochemicals classified
as irritants, toxins, or carcinogens!

HOT OILS: Do not use the “hot” oils like basil, birch, black pepper,
pimenta berry, on sensitive mucus membranes… they will burn!

NOT FOR DIRECT SKIN CONTACT: Thyme White, Oregano, Garlic, and Onion
are powerful oils and are far too concentrated to ever use on human skin
without proper dilution. You must receive proper A-CAM training in these
oils before using them:
